A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
ON EAST LONG LAKE SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution No. 4401 of the Council adopted December
13, 1999,a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the East Long Lake sanitary
sewer improvement, and this report was received by the Council on December 13, 1999; and
WHEREAS,the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project
is necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota: •
. 1. The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accordance
�vith the report and the assessment of abutting property for all of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Ehapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of$202,000.
2. A public heaxing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the l Oth day of January,
2000 in the Council Chambers,2780 Kelley Parkway,at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of December, 1999.
