As we have discussed earlier, your septic system must be brought up to code as required in
conjunction with your home renovation. A permit must be issued to your contractor by June
1, 1994 for the installation of a replacement septic system.
Before the septic system can be installed, some additional information will be required. A five
bedroom septic system design was submitted on October 18, 1993 which is acceptable provided
that the golf course will submit a written statement indicating that a portion of the septic system
may be constructed within the easement they have over your property. Also, during the final
inspection for your remodel, the inspector observed six bedroctns instead of the five that were
proposed. Prior to the septic system installation, an inspection will be required at wl_ch time
you will allowed only five bedrooms.
