upgreding of the system is required at this time.
3 Does not meet current City standards in many respects relating to design, construction, n- iucation. Appears to be operating
adequately at this time, but has a relatively high potential for future problems. No malr,r upgrading of system is required at
this time.
4 SVttern may or may not meet current City standards lot design, construction or Io.atron, but is fading to properly treat end

replacement procedures. If drainfield replecement is necessary, sod testing will usually be required, and a design and site plan
must be submitted for review. Your contractor must obtain a permit before work is started.

Tank Nrpection indicates:

❑ Wide accumulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks
should be pumped out as soon as possible.
❑ System is discharging to surface. Tanks must be pumped
wi to 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
CK Inspection risers mrssing—tanks could not be inspected.
Inspection rtaess 14" dia. pipel must be installed in each tank
at next pumpout. If tanks haw not been pumped out within
the last three yews, they should he pumped out now.

❑ Dreinfield is saturated and visiw- rliKharging untreated
effluent to the surface. This condition may require replace-
ment or additions to drainlield. Contact tie City Inspector
immediately. Repairs must be completed within 90 days.
