A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
GIFT OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, Kingsbridge Properties, Inc. has offered to donate Outlots B and C,
Crystal Creek CIC No. 827 to the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City"); and
WHEREAS,the City's ownership of this properry will pro�ide a significant public benefit;
and �
`VHEREAS, the City appreciates the benevolent spirit of the donor and believes that it
would be in the best interests of the residents of the City of Orono to accept the donation; and
WHEREAS, a substantial portion of the northerly part of this property will be acquired by
N1n/DOT as right-of-way for the Trunk Highway 12 upgrade project.
� �TOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota that it accepts the donation of the Outlots B and C,Crystal Creek CIC No. 827,Hennepin
County, Minnesota; and does also hereb3- express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Alan Carlson and
Kingsbridge Properties, Inc, for the outstanding generosity exemplified in the donation.
Adopted by the City of Orono on this 27th day of November,2000. .,.
