OFFICER MARK TOMCZYK
�,� G�ti FOR TWENTY YEARS
OF DEDICATED SERVICE
�9kESxo4''� TO THE CITY OF ORONO
ON THE ORONO POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, Mark Tomczyk has served the City with distinction as a
member of the Orono Police Department for 20 years; and
WHEREAS,Mark Tomczyk began his employment with the City as a full-
time Police Officer on November 17, 1980; and
WHEREAS,Mark Tomczyk's dedication and abilities have been recognized
through many letters of commendation from the public; and
� WHEREAS in his osition Mark Tomc k has served the Ci and its

citizens with professionalism, compassion, and true commitment.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono City Council
does hereby recognize Mark Tomczyk for his 20 years of exemplary service to the
� City as a Police Officer.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono,Minnesota at a regular meeting held
this 13th day of November, 2000.
