Tanks must be pumped <br />within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge. <br />Inspection risers missing —tanks could not be inspected. <br />Inspection risers (4" dia. pike) must he installed in each ;ark <br />at next pumpout. If tanks have not been pumped out within <br />the last three years, they should be pumped out now. <br />l J Inspection pope is located directly over tank baffle.
