Attached is a breakdown by each precinct of the votes cast in the
general election plus the City total. In addition to the
precinct count on the City election the undervote and overvotes
are tutaled for your information. An overvote example would be a
ballot that had 4 votes cast for Councilmembers where only 3 are
allowed, such a ballot would not be counted in the Council
position only. An example of an undervote would be where no vote
for a particular office is made or in the case of the Council
position only voting for 1 or 2 positions where 3 votes were
allowed.
