An overvote example would be a ballot that had 4 votes cast for Councilmembers where only 3 are allowed, such a ballot would not be counted in the Council position only. An example of an undervote would be where no vote for a particular office is made or in the case of the Council position only voting for 1 or 2 positions where 3 votes were allowed. The foll(,wing represented City staff: City Administrat,)r Bernhardson and Public Works Coordinator Gerhirdson. 1986 CITY ELECTION RESULTS It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember Adams to certify the results of the November 4, 1986 City election as follows: Mayor - two year term, James Grabek receiving 1,152 votes. Councilmembers - four year terms, William J. Sime, Jr. receiving 1,288 votes, J. De5`hn Goetten receiving 968 votes and Councilmember - two year term, Barbara Peterson receiving 915 votes.
