A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE
1982 G.O. IMPROVEMENT BONDS DEBT SERVICE FUND TO THE
WATER OPERATING AND SEWER OPERATING ENTERPRISE FUNDS
WHEREAS,the 1982 G.O.Improvement Bonds Debt Service Fund was established
to account for the payment of the said bonds principal, interest, and fiscal agent fees; and
� WHEREAS,the final payment of bond principal and interest has been made,and the
equity remaining in the Fund is no longer required; and
WHEREAS,the City can designate the use of the remaining equity for any general
purpose.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the 1982 G.O. Improvement Bonds
Debt Service Fund be closed and that the remaining equity be transferred to the Water and

Sewer Operating Enterprise Funds and allocated as follows:
To the Water Operating Enterprise Fund- $22,500.00
To the Sewer Operating Enterprise Fund- $74,107.31
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a special meeting
held December 18, 2000.
