WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic, and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
. . a subdivision by Lauren E. Born and Jack Lehtinen, the subdividers of
property ,legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed .all requirements of
the City, including:
Dedication by quit claim deed of right of way for a
public road known as County Road 15.
Payment to the City of $50 .00 for f iling review and fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of Lauren
E. Born and Jack Lehtinen according to the legal descriptions shown on
the certificate of Survey by Gordon R. Coffin, dated March 2 , 1982 ,
and attached to this resolution subject to the condition that the
aforesaid division shall be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder' s
Office on or� before January 11, 1984 , together with a certified original
copy of this Resolution. -
The approval granted by �this Resolution shall expire if the
filing has not been completed by the date specified above . In that
event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of
Orono for subdivision review.
� Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held July 11 , 1983 .
