� � � ` A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND
"'`..;�.,�`:�
BOUNDS SUBDIVISION APPLICATION FOR
RICHARD G. OGLE
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws •of the State of Minnesota_; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter
"City") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic
and safe development of land within the City; and
� WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
a subdivision of the following tracts of land held in common ownership
by General. E. W. Rawlings and legally described as follows:
Tracts E, F, G, H, I, and J, Registered Land Survey No. 415,
according to the recorded plat thereof.
� Tracts H, I, and J, Registered Land Survey No. 358 , according
• to the recorded plat thereof.
Tracts A, B, C, D, F, and G, Registered Land Survey No. 411,
according to the recorded�plat thereof. � �
That part of Tract E, Registered Land Survey No. 411, according
to the recorded plat t�ereof, lying southeasterly of the
northwesterly extension of the southwesterly line of Tract C;
and �
WHEREAS, the subdivider proposes the division and combination
of the tracts described above into two parcels each containing one acre
of area as required within the LR-1B zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the subdiviser has made payment to the City for the
legal review and filing of this subdivision and all documents related
thereto in the amount of $75.00 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
" City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division application
of Richard G. Ogle according to the legal description shown on the
certificate of survey of Harold E. Dahlin, dated March 28 , 1983 and
, attached to this resolution subject to the following conditions :

l. Tracts E, F, G, H, I, and J, Registered Land Survey
' No. 415 must be legally combined �as one tax parcel.
2. Tracts H, I, and J, Reqistered Land Survey No. 358,
Tracts A, B, C, D, F, and G, Registered Land Survey
No. 411 and that part of Tract E, Registered Land
� Survey No. 411, according to the record plat thereof,
lying southeasterly of the northwesterly extension of
the southwesterly line of Tract C must be legally
combined as one tax parcel.
3 . The aforesaid division attached hereto shall be filed
with the Hennepin County Recorder ' s office on or before
• December 13 , 1983, together with a certified original
copy of this Resolution.
The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire .if the filing
has not been completed by the date specified above. In that event,
� it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision revi�w.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular
meeting held June 13, 1983 . �
