`�.�'��;:°��y:":i A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR HAZARDOUS BUILDING ACTIONS - 1983
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper legal notice given as required .
by law, the City Council has on June 13, 1983 , held a public hearing
on the proposed assessment of costs incurred in removal of hazardous
buildings located on properties described below; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County District Court has approved and
.ordered collection of the amounts described. below as reimbursement
to the City for expenses incurred in these hazardous building proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
� of Orono, Hennepin County., Minnesota: .
' , l. The Assessment Roll is hereby accepted and shall constitute the
' special assessment against each tract of��land namecl:herein:

2 . Such assessment shall be payable in one installment and shall
bear interest at the rate of 12 percent per annum from October 10 ,
1983 .
3 . The owner of any property so .assessed, may at any time prior .
to the certification of the assessment' to the County Auditor,
through November 15, 1983 , .pay the whole of �I�e assessment, with no
charge for interest, to the City Treasurer.

� 4. The City Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the
proper tax lists of the County, and such assessments shall be
collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular
meeting held June 13 , 1983. �
