j • " • ��� A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
. ��,x�f`d:"� THE PARK FUND TO THE GOLF COURSE OPERATING FUND
WHEREAS, �Zesolution #480 establishing a Park Fund was
adopted at a regular meeting held on January 22 , 1973 and amended
by Resolutionl252 on February 23, . 1981 , all park dedication fees
collected by the City are credited to this fund for the purpose
� of acquisition, development, or maintenance of public parks, play= �
grounds, storm "sewer holding areas and debt retirement in connec-
tion with land pre�iously acquired for such public purposes within �
the C ity of Orono.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a transfer of $40, 001 . 97 be
� made from the park Fund .to the Golf Course Operating' Fund to off-
set costs incurred for Capital improvements and equipment.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono Minnesota at a
regula�r meeting held May 9 , 1983 .
