� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ..

• ' • • A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS
SUBDIVISION FOR THOMAS M. CROSBY
� WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and '
WHEREAS, the Ci.ty Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision
by Thomas M. Crosby, the subdivider; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the City,
including:
l. The execution of a Flowage and Conservation Easement .
deeding to the City the right to establish limitations
on the use of wetlands legally described in that easement.
2. The execution of quit claim deeds by the applicant deeding
• to the City right of way for Spring Hill Road and East Long
Lake Road.
3. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount
of $100.00.
4. Payment to the City for� the legal review and filing of this
subdivision and all accompaning documents in the amount of
$75.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono �
hereby approves the metes and bounds division for Thomas M. Crosby according to the
1ega1 descriptions shown on the Certificate of Survey by Vernon A. Nickols of Egan,
Field & Nowak, Inc. , revised da.te, February 1, 1983, sub3ect to the following conditions:
1. The owner of Parcel B grant an access easement in favor of
Parcel A.
2. This resolution together with executed copies of the documents
noted above shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin
� County Recorder's Office on or before August 28, 1983.

The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the filing has not been
completed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to
file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review.
