RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

� A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUND DIVISION
� � • • APPLICATION AND LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR DANIEL G. McPHERSON "
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision
by Daniel G. McPherson, the subdivider; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the City,
including: ,
1. The execution of quit claim deeds by the owner of the subject
property deeding to Hennepin County and the City of Orono
right of way for CSAH 6 and Willow Drive.
i2. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of this
subdivision and all accompaning documents in the amount of
$75.00. . .
NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Oronc
hereby approves the metes and bounds division of the Lewis A. Cox property according
to the legal descriptions shown on the Certificate of Survey by Gordon R. Coffin,.
dated October 14, 1982, subject to the following conditions:
1. The accessory structure located on Parcel C, legally described on the survey
noted above, may not be used for the keeping of animals.
2. Parcel's B and C, �legally described on the survey noted above, must be legally
combined for tax purposes, and remain as one building site.
3. The aforesaid division shall be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's
office on or before August 28, 1983, together with a certified original
copy of this Resolution.
The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the filing has not been
completed by the"date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file
a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review.
