Resolutivn authorizing participation in the Lake Minnetonka Cable Cor��unications
Ccamission, and
W�AS, the Lake �Minnetonka Cable Car�aminications Comnission, duly
formed pursuant to a Joint and Coc�erative Agreement entered into by City, has
requested certain amenc3ments to the original Joint and Ca7perative Agreement,
and
��A.S, City de�ns it proper and in the public interest to amend the
Joint and Coaperative Agreement as reoonanended by the Lake Minnetonka Cable
Ccam�mications Cam�ission. . . . .
Nl7W, Tf�F�RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council as follawss
].. That the City adapt the Final Joint and Cooperative Agreement,
as amended, regarding the Lake Minnetonka Cable Co�ainications
• Cc�mission, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and on file
in the office of the City Clerk. . . . . •
2. That the apprnpriate official execute the Joint and Cooperative
Agreement, as amended, ar�d file it with the City Admi.nistrator
of the City of Zbnka Bay.
� 3. That the City's two directors currently representing it on the
Joint Catmission remain as originally appointed. .
4. That the pa�mient to the Lake Minnetonka Cable Comttttinicatians
Ca�nission not be altered fresn that originally authorized by the
. Council.
