TO CLOSE THE MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT DEBT FUND
WHEREAS, the Municipal Parking Lot Debt Fund was
established in 1965 for the purpose of collecting assessment
monies to pay the bonded debt of the municipal parking lot
located in Navarre; and
WHEREAS, the debt redemption of the Navarre municipal
parking lot was completed in 1981; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Parking Lot Debt Fund
has no known assets or liabilities remaining;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipal
Parking Lot Debt Fund be closed as of December 31, 1982,
and that any future amounts received from delinquent assess-
� ments or tax forfeiture sales be credited to the, Sewer and
Water Debt Fund (1966-1976) .
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held on December 13, 1982.
