A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE
BUILDING CAPITAL PROJECT FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Orono recognized the need for. adequate
building facilities for housing the police, public works, administrative
and other City •departments; and �
WHEREAS, provision for annual additions to a Building
Capital Project Fund can eliminate or greatly reduce the need for
future bonding requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Building Capital
Project Fund is hereby established and further, that it is to be
funded through transfers from the General Fund and in such amounts
as stipulated in the annual General Fund expenditure budget.•
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, •
Minnesota at a regular meeting held on December 13, 1982.
