� � ° FIRS�T AMENDMENT TO THE 1983 FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS , Resolution 1437 established a uniform fee schedule
for the year 1983; and
, � WHEREAS , Resolution 1437 includes provisions for instituting
new fees and for chan�ing listed fees upon adoption of a subsequent
resolution; and
WHEREAS , the City Council has determined that the following
changes must be made in the 1983 fee schedule so that the rates charged
wi11 continue to reimburse the City for direct operating expenses .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Orono that the Current Fee Schedule of the City including
Resolution 1437 is hereby amended as follows : '
