A RESOLUTION APPROVING ,
AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH ROBERT HARDING �
� WHEREAS, the City is proposing construction of certain
utility and street improvement projects in the Navarre area, known� •
as projects 82-1 and 82-2; and
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the above improvement
projects, the City must acquire right of way easements to a portion
of a property owned by Robert Harding. as contract for deed vendee,
Gary B. Nelson as contract for deed vendor/vendee, and Ronald E.
Kullberg and Audrey J. Kullberg, fee owners and contract for deed
vendors, (hereinafter "owners") . �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
• City of Orono, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into the attached agreement with the owners
for purposes of acquisition of the necessary eas�ments and compensa-
tion of the owners there�ore.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting on the 13 day of �October , 1982, by a vote of
3 Ayes and 0 Nays. _
