A RESOLUTION APPROVING
A SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT
WITH SCHLEE-BUILDER' S INC.
WHEREAS, Schlee Builder ' s, Inc, has proposed a sub-
division of land in Orono, which_subdivision received preliminary
approvalfrom" the City Council by Resolution #1404 adopted August 23 ,
1982; and
WHEREAS, a condition of �said preliminary approval resolution
was that Schlee Builder's, Inc. would enter into a Subdivision
Agreement with the City to provide for the construction and installa-
tion of public and private improvements serving said subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Orono that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to enter into the attached Subdivision Agreement with
• Schlee Builder 's, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono; Minnesota on this
i� day of �r_t�ber , 1982 by a vote of 3 Ayes and 0 Nay,s.
