A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1982
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1983
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono,
County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the follflwing sums of money
be levied for the current year, collectible in 1983 upon taxable
property in the City of Orono, for the following purpose:
For al1 funds except Debt Redemption and Special Levies
$909,573.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Permanent Improvement Revolving
Fund Debt Redemption Levy of $1,700 for 1983 adopted October 9, 1972
by Resolution #465 be collected.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption
Fund Levy of $26 ,300 for 1983 adopted by Resolution #556 on September
• 10 , 1974 and amended by Resolution #1208 on September 29, 1980 be
collected.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the Improvement Bonds of 19$0 Debt
Redemption Furid Levy of $17, 9OO . for I983 adopted November 20 , 1980 by
Resolution #1228 be collected.
The City Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a
certified copy of the resolution to the Courity Auditor of Hennepin
Courity, Minnesota.
' Adopted by the City Courici� of the City of Orono, Minnesota at
a special meeting held September 30, 1982.
