A RESOLOTION PROVIDING FOR TBE .COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT
SEWER AND WATER SERVICE CHARGES
� WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota has
enacted certain ordinances under Minnesota Statutes, therefore
' pursuant to •Chapter 25, Orono City Code pertaining to payment of
Sewer and Water Charges and collection, the following properties
are delinquent in nature; . - ,
1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County
Auditor Levy Number 8725 for the delinquent Sewer and Water
accounts. _
• � 2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby
authorized and ' directed to extend upon proper tax lists of the
county and further collect said assessments thereon in the manner
provided by law.
3. That eight percent (8�) be added to the amounts due.
� Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Mirinesota at a
special meeting held September 30, 1982.
