❑ Solids accu,r :.ation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks
should be pumped out a soon M possible.
❑ System is discharging to surface. Tanks must be pumped
witnin 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
❑ inspection risen missing —tanks could not be inspected.
Inspection risers (4" ilia. pipe) must be installed in each tank
at next pnmpout. If tanks hove not been pumped out within
the last three years. they should be pumped out now.
❑ Inspection pipe is located directly over tank baffle. (Does not
give accurate measurement of solids arcumulation.) If tanks
have not boors pumped out within the int three years, they
should be pumped out now.
Dreinfield inspection indicates:
05 Drainfield is dry, no surfacing evident.

❑ Drainfiefd is saturated and visibly discharging untreated
effluent to the surface. This cor on may require replace-
ment or additions to drainriefd. •.ontact the City Inspector
