SOBJECT: Minnesota Department of Transportation Railr oad CrossingAgreement/Stub bs Bay Road
Attached please find a copy of a Resolution for agree ment to beentered into between the City of Orono and the State of Minnesotatogether with six other municip alities and the Railroad forinstallation of various traffic signals al ong BN's line paralleling Highway 12. Current signalization at Stubbs Baycc.;nsists of a rotating "Stop" sign and this will be replaced at acost of $64,000 by st andards wh ich will have blinking li ghts butno cr0ss arms. The present installation is outd ated �nd withfunds available they will be bringing the cr ossing up to existing standards �t no cost to the city .
