• � • • A RESOLUTZON APPROVING THE PLAT OF
HALCYON HOLLOW
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the 5tate of Minnesota; and'
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City. Council has considered the application for
a subdivision plat by John D. Watson, the subdivider; and
WHEREAS, the lats of the proposed plat have been found to meet
� all the standards of the LR-1C zoning district and that each lot can
support a residential unit without the need for �variances; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has compl.eted all requirements of the
platting regulations of the City, including:
� 1) Dedication on the plat of �ight ot way for a public
road, shown as Togo Road.
2) Dedication� on the plat �of a utility easement over
a public ,sanitary sewer lift station located on
Lot 2, Block 1.
3) Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation
Easement providing for limitations on the use of
wetlands and/or drainageways described therein and
shown on the plat as "drainage easements" .
4) Payment to- the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the
amount of $440.00 .
• 5) Payment to the City for the legal review and filing .
` of the final plat and accompanying documents in
� the amount of $75.00.
� NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Orono hereby approves the plat of Halcyon H ollow, Hennepin County, �
Minnesota, subject to the following condition

' 1) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City
of Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder ' s
Office on or before Februarv 23 , 1983 ,
together .with a certified o.riginal copy of this
Resolutionkand an executed copy of the document
noted above.
Approval granted b� this Resolution� shall expire if the
plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision review.
