Please plan accordingly. The City will not issue a
Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (Temp CO)
for new homes during the growing season from
May 1st to November 1st. Issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy requires all permits
associated with the project to be finaled and an
as-built survey approved by the City. If vegetation
is not fully established at the time of CO issuance,
the erosion control escrow will continue to be held.
Retaining walls over 4' require
engineering and a separate permit.
Lower level OH Door must be framed the same way as the above

Stairs must hang off double beam - 2(2x10)
Min deck footing size is 14" - 12"
