The City will not issue a <br />Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (Temp CO) <br />for new homes during the growing season from <br />May 1st to November 1st. Issuance of a <br />Certificate of Occupancy requires all permits <br />associated with the project to be finaled and an <br />as-built survey approved by the City. If vegetation <br />is not fully established at the time of CO issuance, <br />the erosion control escrow will continue to be held.
