A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED 2001
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2002
� BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono, County of Hennepin,
Minnesota, that the following sums be levied for the current year, collectible in 2002 upon the
taxable property in the City of Orono, for the following purposes:
General Fund - Operating $2,471,885
PIR Fund -Infrastructure Replacement(Road) 35,450
Park Fund -Land Acquisition and Development 5,000
Improvement&Equipment Fund-Capital Equipment 90,000
G.O. Sewer Improvement Bond 1992 45,000
G.O. Improvement Bond 1997 15,000
i �:, Public Facilities Revenue Refunding Bond 1998 -HR.A 250,000
G.O. Improvement Bond 1999 14,000
TOTAL ALL LEVIES $2.926,335
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County,Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held
September 10, 2001.
