Be it resolved that ORONO POLICE DEPARTVIENT enters into a grant agreement with
the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Of�ice of Traffic Safety for the project enaded
SAFE&SOBER COMMUNITIES .
during the period from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002.
. Chief Stephanv Good is hereby authorized to execute such agreements and amendments
a,s are necessary to implement the project on behalf of ORONO POLICE DEPARTMENT.
Be it further resolved that Chief EdQar.T. Belland is hereby authorized to be
• the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of Orono Police Department.
