A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE
PART-TIME POSITION HELD BY
RONALD J. HENDRICKS
IS THAT OF A POLICE OFFICER
WHEREAS,that Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund
excludes part-time police officers unless resolution is adopted by the governing body to establish
eligibility for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE-IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of
• Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective September 4, 2001, the position Ronald �
James Hendricks holds is that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section
353.64, Subdivision 2, pursuant to which said employee shall become a member of the Public
Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held August 13, 2001.
