r �� <br /> . ♦ <br /> /�� , <br /> � O� <br /> • O O . <br /> �b - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ,� G'� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />. ��kESI304�' NO. � � � � <br /> � A RESOLUTION GRANTING V <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (C) (2), SECTION 10.22, <br /> SUBDIVISION 1(B) <br /> FILE NO. #01-2674 . <br /> WHEREAS, Dennis Killian and Diane Killian (hereinafter "the applicants") are <br /> owners of the property located at 1420 Shoreline Drive within the City of Orono (hereiriafter <br /> "the City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Dragonfly Hill, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter <br /> "property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> • � � � Commission held a public hearing on May 21, 2001 at which times all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for renewal of a variance <br /> to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C) (2) to permit construction of a <br /> new residence on the lot encroaching 20' into the top of bluff setback; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: � <br /> FINDINGS � <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #01-2674. <br /> 2. Application renews the vaxiance as approved by the Council on September 27, <br /> � 1999, Zoning Application #2516. <br /> 3. The property is located in the LR-lA One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> � District. <br /> 4. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on May 21, 2001 and . <br /> recommended approval on a vote of 4 to 0 to renew variances for bluff setback <br /> • based upon the following findings: <br /> � Page 1 of 5 <br />
