Obom <br />The placement of fill in the wetlands on the Schreck property will not appre- <br />ciably effect the water storage capacity of the pond. The overflow under the <br />lake access road along with the lake elevation will have a more significant <br />impact on the high water elevations. <br />The filling of any wetland is not allowed by city ordinance and it would ap- <br />pear that this case should not be an exception.
