RE: Plat of Farview - Betty J. Buesgens

Dear Mr. Olson:
Pursuant to your suggestion I contacted Mr. Bruce Malkerson,
City Attorney for'the City of Orono, in connection with the
above -entitled matter. As you know, our client, Betty J.
Buesgens, has purchased a lot the development known as
Farview. Upon securing a commi:n:ent for title insurance,
the Title Insurance Company required that we obtain a resolution
from the City of Orono stating that all conditions in connection
with the filing of the plat of Farview have been met. Mr. Mal-
kerson suggested that this office draft a resolution for passage
by the City of Orono.
A-cordingly, enclosed herewith is a proposed re-.olution whereby
the City of Orono resolves that all the Condit is for final
approval of the plat of Farview have been complied with. Please
have the mayor execute the resolution, and have the clerk certify
the resolution as being adopted by the City Council. Upon accom-
plishing the foregoing, please return the original and one executed
copy to this office in the stamped, self-addressed envelope en-
closed for that purpose.
