Buesgens <br />Our File No. 3241-01 <br />Dear Mr. Olson: <br />Pursuant to your suggestion I contacted Mr. Bruce Malkerson, <br />City Attorney for'the City of Orono, in connection with the <br />above -entitled matter. As you know, our client, Betty J. <br />Buesgens, has purchased a lot the development known as <br />Farview. Upon securing a commi:n:ent for title insurance, <br />the Title Insurance Company required that we obtain a resolution <br />from the City of Orono stating that all conditions in connection <br />with the filing of the plat of Farview have been met. Mr. Mal- <br />kerson suggested that this office draft a resolution for passage <br />by the City of Orono. <br />A-cordingly, enclosed herewith is a proposed re-.olution whereby <br />the City of Orono resolves that all the Condit is for final <br />approval of the plat of Farview have been complied with. Please <br />have the mayor execute the resolution, and have the clerk certify <br />the resolution as being adopted by the City Council. Upon accom- <br />plishing the foregoing, please return the original and one executed <br />copy to this office in the stamped, self-addressed envelope en- <br />closed for that purpose. <br />Thank you very much for your cooperation in this matter.
