Lee Primus is asking for a division of one acre from 17.S acres,
legally described as Section 31, Parcel 2420, 4740 Bayside Road.
The lot fronts the street, has some old buildings on it, and meets
all the requirements of the R-1C zone.
The stated purpose is to receive a separate tax statement for the
house as separated from the 17.5 acres.
REMARKSS THIS IS A ROUTINE DIVISION THAT MEETS ALL
REQUIREMENTS AND IS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING
