Lot Rearrangement (Preliminary)
Mr. Ledin and Mr. Matson are requesting approval of a lot split of the
vacant parcel 9510 to ecmbine with their respective parcels 9900 and 4510.
All three parcels are now substandard and the proposed rearrangement
would be a vast improvement to the existing conditions. It would also
eliminate any future problems with parcel 9510.

Peconvend approval as this proposal would improve existing substandard
conditions of the three parcels involved.

application for Paul Kempf, North Star Marina,
conditioned on:
1. That the objectives be accomplished without
rearrangement of the natural shoreline.
2. That no seawall be constructed but instead
a favorable concept of rip rap using natural
materials that meet the approval of all concerned
agencies.
3. That the small house proposed to be set at
the shoreline not be moved to within 75' of the
shore.
4. That the site plan be approved with designated
3' setback area for planting on the east and west
side of the lot lines.
5. That this is not to be construed to deny
riparian owners the right to use their property
or lakeshore.
