SUBJECT: Septic System for Jerry Hansoi. 3051 Farview Lane
(Lot 7, Block 1 Farview)
Additional percolation tests tak!-- on this lot indicate a mound
drainfield should work satisfactorily. There is room on the lot
for two 50� X 10' rock beds over sand with one being used for future
but constructed now. A standard mound wculd be 12.5' longer than
proposed for the 5-bedroom home, however, due to the existing site
limitations, I believe the engineer's props—ed design is acceptable
considering that room should be saved for tae future system.
I recommend approval of the design as per engineer's report cf
November 1, 1980.
