Gronberg involving the properry located at 325 Willow Drive I�'orth; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council approved an extension for the plat approval to extend thru <br /> the year 2000 until such time an extension could be granted thru 2001; and <br /> WHEREAS,the applicants have advised the Council that they are not completing <br /> the plat because the property proposed for platting is subject to MnDot acquiring the property for the <br />� nevv Highway 12 extension; and <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono that the effective period of preliminary plat approval for Glenn M.and Sandra L. GronberQ's <br /> proposed plat of property located at 325 Willow Drive North as originally approved per the <br /> conditions of Resolution No. 4230, adopted on January 25, 1999, and extended to 2001,is hereby <br /> extended to February 26,2002. <br /> � Page 1 of 2 <br />
