NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Orono, Hennepin County,Minnesota that effective upon sucessful completion of the part time license test the position Josh Adam Arneson holds is that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64, Subdivision 2,pursuant to which said employee shall become a member of the Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund.
