A RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY
IN THE OFFICE OF COUNCIL MEMBER
OF THE CITY OF ORONO
WHEREAS,with the resignation of Richard Flint from his position as Council Member, a
vacancy has been created on the Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota effective Apri126,2002.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare that
a vacancy now exists for the office of Council Member for the City of Orono,Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on
May 13, 2002. � .
