Re: Pond Construction - 725 South old Crystal Bay Road
Dear r4r. Nitz:
on Friday, April 8, 1988, I was passing the above subject
property and saw that the pond was being pumped out.
This letter is being written to inform you that the pumping was
not part of the city engineers approval. T at., also putting you
on notice that a final inspection is required on the house
(before occupancy) ) and the pond (by the city engineer).
To schedule these inspections with the City, please contact City
Hall 24 to 48 hours in advance of when they are to be conducted.
