FOR A ONE DAY MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPT PERMIT WHEREAS,the Orono Hockey Boosters,Inc.have applied to the State of Minnesota � Gambling Contzol Board for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit to conduct lawful gambling activities; and WHEREAS, the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. propose to conduct a one day gambling activity(raffle)as part of the U12 State Girls Hockey Tournament to be held at the Orono Ice Arena located at 1025 Old Crystal Bay Road on March 17, 2002; and � � • WHEREAS,the Orono Hockey Boosters,Inc.aze required to obtain approval of the gambling activity from the city in which the activity will occur. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,the Orono City Council does hereby approve the application for a Minnesota Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for the Orono Hockey Boosters, Inc. to conduct a one day gambling activity(raffle)at the Orono Ice Arena on March 17, 2002.
