CONSENT TO FILE PLAT
The Marquette Bank Mound, 2220 Commerce Boulevan'.l,
Mound, Minnesota, hereby consents to the filing of a plat
called ''BAYVIEW FARMS 2ND ADDITION" with the County
Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota. The plat has been
signed by Irvin T. Geffre and Marjorie L. Geffre, husband
and wife, Robert S. Olson and Margaret W. Olson, husband
and wife, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, an Iowa
corporation, and Investors Savings Bank, F.S.B.
The Marauette Bank Mound has a mortgage lien against
the property dated January 20, 1994, filed January 25,
1994 as Document No. 2470789 in the principal amount of
$75,452.50. This Consent does not relieve the mortgagees,
Irvin T. Geffre and Marjorie L. Geffre, husband and wife,
from their obligation on the mortgage stated above.
