HomeMy WebLinkAbout#1967 Driveway Easement - Pfeiffer (unsigned)J DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT This agreement is between Kathi Jo Pfeiffer, the owner of Lot 11 Block 1, Bayview Farms 2nd Addition and Harvey B. Worms and Kathy Worms, the contract purchasers of Parcel B of Bayview Farms 2nd Addition. The owner of lot 1, Block 1 will allow the buyers of Parcel B, to use the existing driveway on lot 1 for ingress and egress to Parcel B until such time as a permanent driveway is constructed to said parcel. The buyers of Parcel B intends to obtain permanent access from the property lying to the west of said Parcel B when such property is developed. In exchange for this temporary use of the existing driveway, the buyers of Parcel B agrees to maintain such driveway in useable condition and will deed that portion of Parcel B previously described as Outlot B and D to Kathi Jo Pfeiffer if and when a permanent driveway from the west is constructed. All existing trees lying within such Outlots B and D will become the property of the owner of Lot 1, Block 1 and may be removed from the Outlots as desired by the owner of Lot 1, upon the signing of this temporary easement document by the undersigned parties and approval of such by the City of Orono.
