The following information shall be furnished in the above drawings as ferredlto in Section 20, paragraph 45 of
the Village of Orono Building Ordinance.
1. All distances, in feet, shall be plainly marked on Drawing No. 1. I
2. Measurements shall be taken from the t vo farthest corners of t 1luildftng where a straight line can be
obtained to the cleanouts of the first and second septic tanks d to the distribution box. Mark these
distances, in feet, on Drawing No. 2.
3. Indicate approximate well location with the letter "W" on Drawi g No. 2.
4. Check direction of sewage or waste disposal system as shown on Drawing No. 2. ! /
