permit apphc:ation was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
1. Permit Application No. 90-117 received September 18, 1990.
2. Site plan received September 18, 1990.
3. Typical cross section received September 18, 1990.
The Board approved the permit application as submitted.
This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year from the date of
approval noted above. If construction is -complete by September 20, 1991, an extension must
be requested Please contact the District -4224 when the project is about to commence so an
inspector may view the work in probres
