A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF �
THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF FINAL PLAT APPROVAL
FOR THE PLAT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 725 SIXTH AVENUE NORTH
-FILE NO. 2480 �
WHEREAS,on December 11,2000 the City Council of the City of Orono adopted
Resolution No. 4577 granting final plat approval to the Spring Hill Golf Club(the"applicant")for
the plat of property located at 725 Sixth Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the effective period of final plat approval was to expire at the end of
sir months on June 11, 2001 if the plat had not been filed with Hennepin County by that date; and
WHEREAS,the plat was not filed by June 11,2001 pending completion of certain
filing documents; and .
� WHEREAS,extension of the effective period of final plat approval to June 11,2002
will allow for completion of the filing as intended by the City and the applicant,the primary purpose
of the plat being to fulfill City requirements related to combination of parcels and dedication to the
City of certain wetland and drainage easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Orono that the requirement for filing of a new final plat application is hereby waived and the
effective period of final plat approval for the platting of properiy located at 725 Sixth Avenue North
as approved per the conditions of Resolution No. 4577 is hereby extended to June 11, 2002.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held this 28th day of January, 2002. �
