Dear i\-ts. Strauss:
would submit the following comments in regards to the above referenced application:
I. 13, •-d on City air photos, a permanent dock was first installed at this location
so" lc time licmceit 1955 and 1970. 'I'he current configuration is nut identical to
the 1970 configuration.
2. 1'crnaanent ducks became a conditional use on 1aniary 11, 1979 when the City
adoplcd Ordinance 213, "Floodhlain anti Welland Management". Existing docks
at that little were not rctluited lu oblain aii oiler-the-I'act colldilional use permit.
3. The applicant should be advised that the current proposal to change the
configuration of the existing permanent dock, requires a conditional use permit
I*ront the City of Orono. The applicant may contact tile or Zoning Administrator
