Strauss: <br />would submit the following comments in regards to the above referenced application: <br />I. 13, •-d on City air photos, a permanent dock was first installed at this location <br />so" lc time licmceit 1955 and 1970. 'I'he current configuration is nut identical to <br />the 1970 configuration. <br />2. 1'crnaanent ducks became a conditional use on 1aniary 11, 1979 when the City <br />adoplcd Ordinance 213, "Floodhlain anti Welland Management". The applicant should be advised that the current proposal to change the <br />configuration of the existing permanent dock, requires a conditional use permit <br />I*ront the City of Orono.
