This will consist of a two -stall garage with a room over it. His hardship is the need for a garage. He was denied a permit to place one across the street. Due to the fact his house is constructed in a steep bank and there is no practical way to reach the rear of the property, this is the only logical place to set a garage, because: 1. He has a need for a garage. 2. He is limiters to this area to place a garage. 3. Fagerness Road deadends three residences past his house. 4.. Most garages in the immediate area are built into the bank, the same as his. I would recommend he be granted a variance.
